English summary: To create your book, the content you provide (text, voice transcribed in real time with no audio stored, uploaded photos and manuscripts) is sent to a third-party AI service — Alibaba Cloud Qwen (DashScope), Singapore/China nodes — solely to generate your book's outline, text and illustrations. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and your email, password, order and payment data are never sent. The service processes data only on our instructions and provides equivalent protection. The app asks for your explicit consent in-app before any content is sent. We also collect your email (or Apple/Google sign-in), the text/voice/photos you provide to create your books, and order details for fulfilment. Payments are processed by Apple, Google or Stripe — we never see your card number. Voice is transcribed in real time and raw audio is not stored. Content is processed by Alibaba Qwen models solely to create your book; we do not sell data or use it for advertising. Children's names/photos are used only to personalise their book and can be deleted on request. Contact support@demandapp.net for data export or deletion.
